Yoongi has black hair and brown eyes, and he's about 174 cm. He's of Korean decent, and his ancestors are originally from Daegu.
He and his family live together in one of the lower class floors, and this is a big point of contention for Yoongi and his family. They are reluctant to leave their home because Yoongi's mother recently left for AFTER, and his father is in a state of distress because of her sudden departure. Because of this, Yoongi has taken the role of family leader and tries to take care of his two siblings the best he can. He has two younger brothers, which normally wouldn't be allowed because of the two child limit in the towers, but his younger brothers are twins, and so an exception was made. Additionally, he has a boyfriend, but they keep their relationship a secret because of Jisang's feelings towards any sexuality besides heterosexuality (Yoongi is bi).
Despite his love for his family, Yoongi is tempted to join the scavengers. He's heard about them from whispers around the tower, and he longs for something more than the hard life he has. However, this ambition is no more than a dream, and he is unlikely to actually join them due to the loyalty he has for his family. There's also a part of him that worries that his father will leave for the AFTER and abandon his brothers.
He has little material possessions due to the cramped space in the tower, but he does keep a small writing notebook with him at all times in case inspiration strikes. Sometimes he likes to write short stories, but for the most part, he writes poetry.
